You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to initiate a return. Your items must be in their original packaging and show no indications of usage in order to be eligible for a return or refund.
To start the return procedure, please email contact@my-humbleabode.com and our customer support team will assist you. We will provide you with the return form and return address.
All return expenses are at your own cost, so we recommend using trackable shipping. We cannot be held accountable for misplaced returns.
If your package arrives damaged, please take a picture of the package and its contents and email it to contact@my-humbleabode.com with your order number. Our customer service representatives will assist you in finding a solution.
We will notify you via email whether your return is accepted or not after we receive and review it. If your return is accepted, you should receive your refund within ten days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
